Description

1st Day: Little Train & Milies

From the time we board on The Little Train “Moutzouris” we get the feeling that we are not going only to travel around mount Pelion, but we are going to travel in time. Travelling through olive trees, the historic trademark of the area will stimulate our appetite. The Olive Oil Museum, our first stop, will offer us the chance to taste the original, Mediterranean olive oil and other oil products. Milies, the final destination of our journey, is a village hidden in the woods, where Centaurs were living. The unique experience in discovering the history, the legacy and the tradition of the Pelion Mountain has just started. We welcome you to a worth living journey in era. Enjoy your own myth in Pelion!

2rd Day: Explore Vizitsa &  Its Secrets Recipes

Live a magical day at the idyllic Pelion scenery of the village of Vizitsa at the South Pelion, where you will participate in the  cultivation of the local products, you will learn how to make mythical Pelion dishes in hands on cooking class and finally, you will enjoy the local Pelion gastronomy! Also, we offer to you an innovative and creative art course with raw material the crude wood from a local wood artist’ directions. A unique experience to be lived!

3th Day: Live Like an organic Farmer

We are visiting an agricultural field in order to see how a local farmer lives and works. Then we’ll be modern life centaurs and have a one of a kind riding experience in mount Pelion. Then, we’ll return to a local house’s courtyard and taste delicious bio cuisine.

4th Day : Winery Experience

Forget clocks, pressure and haste. It’s time to rediscover the pleasure of simplicity and genuineness in food and wine. A local winery with biological vineyard will open its doors and offering us the chance to taste the different wines they produce. The scents and colors of wine match perfectly with the quaint natural environment, where the farm is located. Unique natural and religious treasures surround the area, like a restored monastery with a breathtaking view and distinctive fresco paintings.  Later, at noon, we will have a great opportunity to experience Greek hospitality with a taste of fresh fish at a local fisherman’s tavern, while staring at the wonderful colors of the sea.

5th  Day:  Cruise in the Pagasetic

Description

The day that we are going to explore the Pagasetic Gulf has come. A wooden keel will initiate you to the secrets and the beauty of the Pelion seashore with final destination the island of Trikeri. The outstanding, primitive beauty of the island welcomes the travelers to a simple and authentic way of living. A table full of fresh seafood fished earlier by the local fishermen will be waiting to satisfy our craving for authentic Mediterranean cuisine.
