Spoon sweet is the welcome treat for all the houses up to this day. Thousands of years ago the need of the households to preserve abundant fruit and vegetables of the production, created the idea for the spoon sweets. The main ways that had found the housewives was to dry them under the sun, preserve them in syrup after boiling the fruit and prepare marmalades. They acquired their names because they offered them in a big bowl with many spoons or small plates with a small spoon.
